As a staff member with concerns or questions, it is expected that you work with a member of the BC
administrative leadership team to resolve any and all issues.
Sino-Canada High School strives to provide a positive school climate where everyone is considered unique and
special; where a welcoming and productive atmosphere for staff, students and parents is evident.
Respect needs to be modeled by both students and adults at Sino-Canada High School.
The expectation is that all adults in the building will treat students with respect and students are expected to
return this courtesy to adults and to other students.
A code of conduct developed by the Sino Canada teaching staff is a part of the contract.
